Immune System Boosting Oat Honey Recipe:
Materials:
- Sufficient for 1 adult or 2 children
- 1 cup of almond milk (or your preferred milk)
- 2 tablespoons Queen Honey strained flower honey
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- ½ cup gluten-free old fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon of almond flour
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Preparation of;
