Honey Almond Cake

Honey Almond Cake:

Materials:

  • 1.5 cups of roasted almonds
  • 4 room temperature eggs (yolk and whites separated)
  • Half a cup of honey
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

For the above:

  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds

Preparation of;

First of all, leave the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Blend 1.5 cups of roasted almonds and cut into small pieces. In a separate bowl, whisk the yolks of 4 eggs, 1/2 cup of honey, vanilla, baking powder and salt with a mixer until well mixed. Then add the ground almonds that you cut into small pieces into this mixture and continue mixing with the mixer until it is evenly mixed. Mix the white parts of the 4 eggs you have separated in a separate large bowl with the help of a mixer for about 1-2 minutes until they foam well. Put the mixture you have prepared in the cooking container that you have already greased or placed with baking paper. Put your cake in the oven you have preheated and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes until it turns brown. Take out your baked cake and let it rest for 10 minutes. Your cake is ready to be served!
